A Happy Hallowe'en

I know how you guys just love stitching on black!  It's just so hard to resist!!  Our sampler is stitched on 35 count Onyx from Weeks Dye Works using Needlepoint Silks in:  315, 457, 851, 854, 863, 867, 903, 975, 981, 982.  The stitch count is 82 wide by 94 high.  Our frame came from Valley House Primitives.

My Christmas sampler for 2004!  This sampler is stitched on 40-Count Meadow Rue from Lakeside Linens.  The frame is from Hog River and is Model # PB2, 5 x 6", Black over Red.  The Needlepoint Silk colors used in the sampler are:  993, 312, 866.  The stitch count is 80 wide by 111 high..

Autumn Blessings

This is a collection of rug samplers!!  The larger piece is worked on 36 Count Sheep's Straw from R&R Reproductions.  The two smaller pieces were stitched on 40 Count Pearled Barley from Lakeside Linens.  All use Soie D'Alger.  All the frames are from Olde Colonial Designs.  The stitch count for the house sampler is 95 wide by 74 high.  The two small pieces are each 107 wide by 36 high.

Quaker Christmas Samplers

The top model was stitched on 40-Count Sienna Night from Lakeside Linens using one strand of Needlepoint Silk's Northern Lights in Midnight (#005).  The stitch count is 171 wide by 75 high.  The frame was provided by Primitive Traditions.

(NPI's Midnight most resembles NPI #926 or DMC #3750)

The second model was stitched on 40-Count Autumn Gold from Lakeside Linens using one strand of Needlepoint Silk #327.  The stitch count is 187 wide by 56 high.  This frame was also provided by Primitive Traditions.
